Black mold in the bathroom and in the shower tray area

Huge apartment, enough space for 4 people to sleep, living room which we didn't even use. Spacious kitchen, bathroom. 10 minute walk from Porta Nuova.

No lock on the bathroom door. Shower is quite cramped, shower pressure is low. Kitchen tap was leaking and spraying water everywhere, made a huge mess each time we used it.

Good location nice and secure entry to property

A light not working in one of the bedrooms kitchen tap leaking badly had to righting it before getting soaked again

Апартамента беше голям и удобен за нас /4-ма човека/Леглата, матрака и възглавниците бяха перфектни.

Мивката в банята беше запушена, хубаво би било да се направи ремонт.

Muy buena ubicación si llegas en tren. Habitaciones muy espaciosas

La cocina es pequeña y un poco incómoda para comer en ella 4 personas. Tenía poco menaje y una nevera muy pequeña

It was clean and functional and an easy walk to the train station and centre of Verona It was in a quiet area and remote staff were helpful Verona was a lovely city and easy to get to Lake Garda for the day by train

The air conditioning was a little noisy so hard to sleep with it on

The apartment was spacious. Air conditional available in the 2 bedrooms only. Location was OK. 12 minutes walk to old town centre.

The staff were not helpful. We never met a staff member, very impersonal. As a well travelled person I certainly didn't feel a Welcome to Verona.They sent link to pay City tax via text and not booking agent. With warning not to open unknown links!!!! When I queried it I was told I'd have to walk 15 minutes to their office to pay before entering apartment. The name on bell to enter the property was not the name that was advertised. Asked if we could leave bags for 2 hours after check out and got reply we had to be out of the apartment 10am latest. Clearner arrived about 9.30 and let themselve in!!!! Will not book this with current agent ever again even though apartment was good but service dreadful.
