A very good appartment. Clean, large and comfortable. Not far from a railway station.

Hotel is extremely comfortable.

There are two addresses in your property address on the website. You need to tell people to ignore the "where to pick up keys" My friend put the wrong address in the phone and we walked 30minutes, only to then take an Uber to the hotel. Please change this on the booking page, just put one address on property address. You wouldn't answer the phone so it wasted time for us and made us extra tired and stressed.

Spacious and clean apartment. Good fit for a family with little kids. Great location, 5-7 minutes walk to Verona main train station, close to restaurants and bars.

No breakfast. Location was not compatible with google maps. Hard to locate. Lockbox for keys were too high to reach

It was dirty in the morning when we entered in the apartment. They said that somebody will come to clean, but in the evening when we come back it was still dirty! At the beginning nobody wanted to come to clean. The lady didn’t want to answer on the phone anymore because how she said she doesn’t worked until 7pm and it was after 9pm. We was with children and it was disaster!!

The location of the property

It was very cold we had to sleep with 3 blankets and clothes on. I informed the host that it is very cold and that there is no remote for the air conditioner. The reply was that it is central heating and nothing can be done. It seemed that the aircon remote was taken out of the flat on purpose. So better to avoid if going during winter, like we were. Also it lacked cleanliness, no toilet paper, no coffee, no washing up liquid (altough there was a dishwasher) but it was 3 of us staying so we did not use it, and there were not enough cutlery and dishes to just leave the dirty ones in the dishwasher until its full. We stayed at 3 different places and this was the worst one, it seems like the host does not have a care in the world about the guests. Its a shame, as the location of the property is ideal, as its very close to the train atation and to the city centre.

Would be better if there is coffee for the moka pot. Other than that , it was all good
