The location is exceptional - close to the station and old city. Everything is walkable.

1. No soap holder in the shower 2.Poor quality toiletries 3. Nothing to dry your hands in the kitchen 4. Different name on the door bell to the photo we were supplied with our instructions to enter

I loved the apartment. It was super comfortable, had lots of amenities, and was close to everything. Our host, Ginevra, was very attentive to us. We'll be back.

Some furniture needs updating, the individual bed was sagging, one side of the sofa was coming out, and the TV wasn't working properly.

Emergency number didn’t work Getting to location was confusing (two addresses) No hot water for 2 days No heating for 2 days (flat was cold, especially at night) One bed didn’t have an extra blanket Only one bin in the whole flat No toiletries (eg hand soap, shampoo, shower gel etc) even though it was said there would be Tv didn’t connect to internet No bedside table in one bedroom No lock on bathroom door No clean kitchen sponges (only used ones) No complimentary tea or coffee

Good location. Fair price. Spacious bedrooms. Good heating.

Could have been cleaner. Some dust in the corners, some dishes were not washed well. Generally worn down in terms of furniture, walls, floors.

Position and easy check in and communication was great. Facilities were good standard and we were warm and cosy. Very large rooms and spacious apartment.

Nothing but a few extra touches like soap and soap tray in shower would be great.
