The location of the property was excellent. We were able to walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and most of the tourist sights. The apartment was well appointed with nothing extra except your own personal items needed to make your stay comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment quiet and relaxing. Our host Paula was available anytime and was there to greet us on arrival and explain the apartment, give recommendations for restaurants and provide maps and general information.

Host was brilliant. Met us on our arrival, already waiting. Host allowed us to check in much earlier. Host called taxi and met us for departure. Spacious apartment. Loved the bathroom soaps provided - large and pump style. Fantastic location. Elevator available for luggage. Loved the 2 balconies.

Vented/ducted air and was a little hot in the bedrooms. Had to clean coffee machine before using.

Cool, comfortable. Perfect location.

Just noting: stairs up into apartment from front door, not great for those with mobility issues. Low water pressure in shower. But the pluses far outweigh the minuses, would certainly stay there again.

The location was superb. We visited all the attractions on foot. Paola was so friendly and welcoming and recommended some excellent restaurants. We would gladly stay here again when visiting Verona. So convenient and we both hed good nights” sleeps too!!

We had arranged for an earlier check in and the host met us as soon as we called to say we had arrived at the agreed time. The host gave us a tour of the apartment and where everything was.

Being picky just the bed was too soft for us.

Everything is as it is shown and stated in the booking.

Road was a little bit busier than we would have liked if you are sleeping in the front room.
