Location was awsome. Positioned in the historic center, you dont need to use buses to visit sites. House was very clean

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Verona. The welcome from Paula was friendly , & informative & she gave us a lot of recommendations for places to visit & restaurants to try. The accommodation was perfect for us. ( 2 friends ). The bedrooms were spacious & the beds massive & comfy. It was really good to have a bathroom each ! We didn’t use the kitchen & although this was small it had everything that you might need . When it was time to leave Paula met us as arranged to collect the keys & she ordered a taxi to take us to the airport. Verona is a much bigger city than I was expecting, spotlessly clean , stylish & very friendly. Food & drink was very reasonably priced even in the square overlooking the Arena. It was very easy to get to Lake Garda for the day (1 stop on the train) which was lovely , but very busy.

Nothing. Might be a bit of a squeeze for 4 adults as there is 1 sofa (4 dining chairs but not as comfy) however if you intend to be out exploring all day , as we were it wouldn’t be an issue.

The location was fantastic, the apartment was big and spacious, the bed really comfy, just could not recommend it more. The owner was so very accommodating for everything.

The size, the facilities and the location

The apartment was perfect for 2 couples. It was very clean and had a great location. The owner was great with communicating with us as our flights were canceled and we had a very late arrival. She had water, juice, coffee and tea for us. She had great information about the area. She also offered to call our cab for our departure 2 days after our arrival which we took her up on after she helped us determine the best time for the cab to pick us up.

The day of our departure, the owner did not call for a cab in advance. At check-in she suggested a cab at 10:00. She explained that Sunday’s are not busy days and the train station was 5 minutes away, Our train was at 10:49, so this seemed like the correct plan. When she came for our checkout at 10:00, she had not called for a cab yet. I think she forgot as she asked if we called. We responded that we did not call because she said she was taking care of that for us. At that time, she tried to call for a cab. She was unable to get through to the cab companies. When she finally got through she was told that none were available. She explained there were few drivers and lots of tourists. She told us where a bus stop was but had no information about getting tickets, cost, which bus line...simply directed us down the street to find an unknown bus stop. Keep in mind we are in a foreign country, do not speak the language (most do speak English) and in a city we had never been to before. She was not interested in solving the problem she created. She appeared to be more interested in getting us out of the apartment so she could prepare for the next group. We almost missed our train and only by great luck were able to flag a taxi as we were not prepared for the bus (you have to buy tickets in advance and we were not sure we had the right bus line)) and would have missed our train if we somehow managed to navigate the bus. This was a very bad end to a wonderful stay. She even tried to shift the blame for the situation on us. We relied on her to do what she said she would do. Her sending us blindly out to try to get to the bus stop was very bad!

One of the worst property I have ever experienced, the staff pressure us to check-in late and to leave very early and they texted us by WhatsApp everyday to leave the property. In the beginning I contacted them to check in at 5:00 pm she sayed we are not able to let you in we need a time to clean the property. We checked-in at 6:30pm. When we arrived she’s not respecting us , I sayed she is old woman still we have to respect her , but she shouts at us because we are not leaving at 10:00 am. However, there are some points need to be improved such us : 1-the AC is not cooling the property it was very warm. 2- the is many private drawers is locked it’s related to the owner. 3- the are a lot of mosquitoes in the property. 4- the furniture is low quality and it’s not comfortable. 5- the shower room is very small and the bathroom need to be improved. 6- the is no parkings
