Very friendly & helpful host, who met us at the property & provided the keys. Allowed us to move in 2 hours earlier once the apartment was ready, and gave us lots of information on the local area. She also had lots of leaflets in the flat on the local restaurants & attractions.

Nothing apartment was excellent - apart from maybe accessing terrestrial TV or News channels.

Well located in the heart of Verona, even tough the apartment is very well isolated and we did not hear any noise inside during New Year’s Eve (perfect for who has pets that suffer with fireworks). Paola is very helpful and cared a lot that we were comfortable. I highly recommend this property!

As it is in the old town of Verona, there is no parking slots available. We left our car in the payed parking lot Citadella (EUR 18.00/day).

The location is very central and the apartment was spacious.

We had no heating for most of our stay and no hot water 2 mornings out of 4. The host explained that government regulations state that homes cannot be heated above 20 degrees. If it had been 20 degrees that would have been great but there was no heat at all and it was freezing. The host did come on day 3 and adjusted it, so we had some comfort then but only briefly, as it went off again the following evening. It was impossible to relax when it was so cold and having cold showers on 2 mornings was unpleasant to say the least.

The location of this property was perfect - in the heart of old City on a quiet street! Just a dream! The apartment is clean, roomy, and comfortable and made me feel at home away from home. The host was very easy to reach and gave us detailed instructions upon check-in. The host stocked everything for guests to use. It is beyond my expectation. We hope to come back.
