"Nice location shame about missing parking permit"

Great location and cosy flat

Disappointed that the promised parking permit was not left. I phoned to enquire but they couldn't deliver it until next day which was too late as we were only staying one night. I have seen in the reviews that this has happened a few times before. This really needs to be resolved so not to ruin people's holiday experience by parking far away at cost.

"Perfevy location and we didn’t need to drive anywhere."

it was light airy and clean with lots of space and perfect location.

the Wifi only worked in the main sitting room and not the bedrooms so the teenagers were not happy about it.

"Good location, would stay there again"

Perfect location

Clock needs a battery in the lounge, and not enough drinking glasses. The lock box for the keys was very difficult to get into

"Frustrating . It was a family birthday week and really took the edge off our stay"

The location very good , apartment nice

Called and emailed for parking permit from bad experience in the past . No parking permit left even though it was promised . Did not receive till next day and late Not enough towels or shower gel etc Terrible communication from host and stay . Then got accused of damage ! It’s a shame have stayed in Whitby with this company for many years , feel sorry for the owners of the lovely properties

On arrival the property was freezing cold and no parking permit had been left this was left the next day this didn’t cause us any problems but we would have thought the heating could have been switched on we had a small child with us and it took a while for it to get warm and longer for the beds to warm up

location

scaffolding blocking windows! windows could not be opened so horribly stuffy and claustrophic. we would NOT have booked this appartement if we had known. completedly spoilt our trip which was a treat at a time when finance very tight!

"Good and bad."

Location was fine stay was self catering. Clean towels and bedding. Nice bathroom.

Size of bedrooms were small no room for storage. Beds uncomfortable although clean. Pans were unusable due to coating scraped off so they were rusty. Not enough normal glasses.
