"Superb"

In a quiet area of Whitby near to the harbour, facilities at the apartment were very good and clean. Although we were only two it adequately caters for four.

The parking space is quite a squeeze but my husband managed it.

Location Parking Apartment new and modern

I was constantly sent Emails about check out time and we HAD to be out at 10am or I would be charged late check out fees and was made to feel uncomfortable staying in the property as I was being reminded to leave it clean and tidy and checking I had covered my stay with the damages deposit that was sent separately to me and not through booking.com overall I felt we could not relax and use the apartment for our comfort

"Lovely apartment great location! Would definitely stay again!"

Absolutely lovely apartment! Very clean and had everything you could possibly need even a washing machine! Was perfect for me and my partner and our two kids! Great location only five minute walk down to the nearest shop and centre! Parking for your car which is very handy!

"A well equipped apartment. Shame about the letting company and the cleanliness."

The property was well situated and spacious.

It could’ve been cleaner. Upon arrival we were forced to hoover, particularly the main sofa as there was popcorn between the seat cushions that had been spilt by a previous occupant and not cleaned up. Also upon arrival we had not been provided with the correct code for the key safe and had to make a phone call to Host and Stay to obtain this. Not very professional but then I am not impressed with Host and Stay at all and will likely not stay with them again due to the experiences with this booking.

Our only negative comment would be that the key code or what we thought was the key code didn't work on the key box. This was however quickly sorted with a call to the letting agent, we would certainly book again to stay here in the future.
