Stunning Scandi Style Room Overlooking Lake Wanaka

Cozy place, comfy bed, easily warmed up

Although hosts were nice, we didnt realise it was connected to owners house which wasnt stated on the property listing when booking. Wasnt as private as we thought we were paying for given it is listed as a “home”. You could hear them moving around. Also owners have a large flagpole displaying the United States flag (viewable from accom window) which I found random and insensitive to display given they’re profiting from this accommodation off of stolen land.

Warm and quiet.

It's getting a bit tired. Especially the flooring. The lack of a kitchen sink and no cooking was unexpected, and a disappointment. Everything else - good.

This place is so lovely and exquisite! Absolutely clean, comfortable and well decorated by the host. Located in quiet neighborhood on the hill but easy to drive to the town and parking aside the road. Sue & Peter are very nice and friendly!

Great, quiet location - only a few minutes drive to the wanaka town centre

We loved the room/studio. There was a comfy sofa and TV, excellent shower and very comfortable bed. There's a nice outdoor seating area. Sue and Pete were extremely welcoming. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a comfortable small apartment with a good shower.. Nice and quiet.

A long way from the centre and no cooking facilities.
