"Excellent location"

Location to town was exceptional. Spacious for 4 people

Rubbish on doorstep as we arrived. Took 10 minutes to get key out of box. Carpets had stains on them. Windows and ledges needed a good clean. No frying pan for cooking. Outside court yard furniture rusty

Thank you for a lovely stay. The property is well maintained and we were able to rest and enjoy our stay in Whitby. I particularly like the location, as it was quiet and a short distance from the park and Whitby centre itself.

"Very nearly perfect."

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Milk in fridge. Free parking opposite. Quick responses messages.

No frying pan. Tired furniture. Stains on carpets. Excessive messages about paying for accidental damage even though the appartment wasnt pristine. Cleaning could have been better. Hoover stunk of dog.

"Lovely short break"

Lovely apartment but very upset that the park across the road does not allow dogs, so please consider that when booking

"Dissapointed."

The location. Apartment was modern.

The fact there wasn't heating or hot water. Had to leave a day early. No help from staff. Despite emailing them on 3 different occasions. The first time was Friday as we arrived. 2nd time was Saturday, telling them we needed their assistance. None was given. The phone number given wasn't connecting.
