Location.

It was not clean. Very dirty bathroom and everywhere needed a good scrub.

The property hadnt been cleaned when we got there. The cleaner arrived 20mins after our timw of arrival. We went out while she cleaned. When we git back there were empty water bittke in bedroom, kitchen, kitchen bin hadnt been emptied. Carpets hadnt been hoovered and dinung table hadnt ben cleaned. Wifi did not work despite sending nessage. Overall did not think the price reflected the above.

the location was great the apartment was good but the biggest problem for us was the amount of stairs we had to climb to gain entry this needs to be mentioned in the details of the apartment so people are aware of this before they book had we known we would not have booked

4 flights of stairs with luggage and dead plant. Waste bin in kitchen too small..needed 2 double beds.

Excellent location. Nice view. New carpet. Friendly helpful staff answered questions promptly. We had an enjoyable holiday.

Too many communications- very confusing. Bombarded with messages, emails and a phonecalls before our stay. Ok I understand you need to do advertising but I've decided and told you when I'm arriving and leaving and I don't need a chef and if I want gin and tonic I will go to a pub! The 'guide' gave inaccurate information about WiFi connection. Having a web page with the info isn't great if the WiFi is mediocre! Bring back paper! I've never stayed anywhere where toilet paper wasn't provided before! If we must have a chandelier above the bed (not enough space), it would be good to have all the light bulbs working! It would have been sensible to give more advance warning about steep stairs. We were ok with it this time, but there have been times in our family's history when the stairs would have been problematic. There's a ridge just inside the front door that I tripped over and came close to falling down the external stairs. Painting a white or yellow strip would help make that safer. The key safe is very high up and difficult to reach.

The 4 flights of stairs up to apartment ..some of the blinds were broke ..curtains were hanging of in certain places ..Asked about parking permits was told they don't provide them and you can't buy them .Parked at least 20 mins away or would have cost over £20 .Even though ther was WiFi you could access it would not connect at all .

Overall the property looks very homely and definetly loved the decorations and effort of cleanliness.

I didn’t like the steps to the last floor, I was prepared for them as I had seen previous reviews. The 2 problems I had with the property was the wasn’t dishwashing liquid to wash the plates and only provided a small shower gel. way to small for 3 people. I also noticed that the bathroom and kitchen had other areas that was not so clean otherwise we were happy with our stay.

Its a lovely modern apartment. I booked this apartment after a few glasses of wine amd so didn't see the negative reviews until later. I was so apprehensive, but upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised. It was a modern apartment with good facilities.

The stairs to the apartment are very steep and narrow. The bathroom could have been cleaner, as in the floor needed a mop, but overall OK.
