Good location to the front and most attractions.

The cleanliness and general upkeep of the apartment.

New carpet, great location.

Did not have free WiFi although advertised as having it. WiFi was important as I was travelling with my teenage daughter. The Network IDs and Passwords provided did not appear to exist. Put in the Network ID and Password on the Router which led to a screen asking us to sign up to a monthly payment plan. Tried but was unable to resolve this during stay.

The location wasn't bad, the living room was OK. The bedrooms had a good view of the Abbey

The stairs we were right in the attic 4 flights of stairs last ones were awful for an elderly disabled person, we didn't book this apartment, but somehow they decided to change it, one of the towels was not washed properly and had faeces on it, the windows were difficult to open and although we asked on arrival (as really high temps and couldn't breathe) no one came to help, after an hour or so struggle opened some, but couldn't then close them all. Also although it said parking ticket provided and we asked prior to arrival to ensure this, as we had disabled person with us, there was none.

Location was good. Fairly comfortable beds.

No WIFI, and no response from the property owner so was not resolved during our stay. There was a note from the previous bookers, saying the kettle was leaking and unsafe to use. Again, no resolution from the agency or owners. Apartment was pretty grim throughout with pet hair in the cutlery drawer, numerous stains around the property and marks on the walls.

Great situation with view of Whitby abbey from window. Good size and well furnished, we had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and property was warm - much needed as weather was freezing. Prompt response from host when we asked a question.

Lots of steps up to apartment. Curtains in bedroom let in light. Also think the batteries on the TV were almost out as it was difficult to change channels.

The views from all the windows were exceptional, the location was brilliant for my partner and friend who both have mobility issues. We found the apartment comfortable and easy to find.

My only issue was rhe number of stairs due to the afore mentioned mobility issues within the party.

The beds were comfortable and the views from the bedroom windows were outstanding
