Been to property before and in good location and was very modern

Was not clean and decor getting grubby. Couldn’t get the shower to work. The lights in the hallway stairs out snd extremely dark on returning home at night

It needed a good clean , it was tired dead plants and dirty carpets . I understand it's a place used frequently and they do not alway get the time but don't sell yourself short for an extra nights money. It's wasn't ridiculously priced but wasn't cheap at the same time.

The location was the best thing about this property

Lots. From pavement to apartment 66 steps to climb. The last stair case is spiral and although there is a hand rail it’s still quite easy to fall. Shower was over the deep bath which was hard to climb over, no hand rail. Lots of dirty stains on the lounge carpet. We had a dirty mark on a hand towel as well. In my opinion this apartment is not suitable if you have mobility problems.

Lovely property but not clean

The standard of cleaning was poor - dust on skirting boards, dust on window sills and hairs in bathroom. The property was supposed to provide a parking permit but housekeeping forgot and I was told I’d get one the next day but didn’t- this caused huge stress and meant we couldn’t unload our luggage near the property and had to waste valuable time looking for a parking spot and then trudging our luggage to the property.

The location of the property was excellent, the main strip in Whitby, cafes, restaurants , arcades, shops etc were accessible in less than 10 minutes. The flat was very quiet considering it was located close to the centre of Whitby, there were no seagulls to be heard and this helped us to stay rested. The beds were very comfy and rooms were cosy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and free tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets in fridge were a bonus. Iron and hairdryer were also available. Parking permit was a bonus especially when we finally got it.

We enquired prior to visiting if a parking permit was available for W Zones. After several enquiries, we were provided with one the following day. At the time of writing, we were assured we would get reimbursed for what we had to spend parking elsewhere for a day. It was inconvenient but we got there in the end. Also it wouldn’t hurt to run a duster over the paintwork but it was mostly quite clean.

Nice view especially at the early morning when the sun rise. Cute, clean and comfort bedroom. The kitchen got everything

Great location

Grim at best needs new carpets and sofa discussing.the whole place needs a really good clean.
