Great apartment very well equipped and clean. fabulous location and would definitely stay here again. Communication was spot on and informative. Couldn't want for better

Location and facilities

We were locked out and this was due to the lock on the outside, one of the buttons were stuck in so the code didn’t work this needs addressing but also many times the door was open as it didn’t shut properly

Easy access, Nice apartment, comfortable beds, location good. Everything we needed in apartment.

Very steep stairs to apartment, not able to get close to apartment in the car to drop luggage off. The cleaning was not brilliant as there was Plastic and bits on the floor when we arrived And the window blinds were thick with dust which isn't good for my asthmatic friend .

Lovely spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed and more. Location of the property is very central and ideal for exploring Whitby Apartment was very clean. The information guidebook was extremely useful to have all details of access codes, maps and location information etc in one place.

Some noise from Weatherspoons etc on an evening…. And also in morning when pub is changing barrels. Strong smell of bacon early morning from cafe underneath apartment

This was the second time we have stayed here the apartment has everything you need, very homely . It is in an ideal location

The location of the property is fantastic and a great size

The bedding was stained the mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing. The dishwasher was out of order. The pillows in the living room were dirty and the property needs a deep clean. The hallway and stairs leading to the property are filthy and need a clean. The bath panel needs replacing
