It is a flat so own breakfast. Really nice little flat

Stairs are steep. Really nasty smell in stairwell. Flat could do with a really good spring clean. Beds and sheets were clean Dust on windowsills and on blinds also on skirting boards New mattresses needed. Location was very good. Central. Weatherspoons next door. Barrels being moved at around 4.30 in the morning.Noise from the pub.Front door does not close properly.

If I really had to pick something it would be the stairs leading up to the apartment they are pretty steep.

Modern, clean and tidy with good facilities

The location, woken by bar across the way and barrel’s been rolled. Was hemmed in. Damp smell on stairway, and front door wasn’t secure

"Dispite the bed and the smell on entry this did not spoil our stay, there is everything you need, the location is perfec"

The mattress on the double bed is lifeless maybe time for a change, at the bottom of the entrance it smells a bit damp…

"Great mini break to Whitby. Location is excellent - right at the heart of Whitby."

Location was excellent - less then 100m from the main bridge at the centre of Whitby up a small side street but still very quiet (no noise issues at night). Clean modern apartment. Plenty of space for a family of four with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Can't really fault it!

"really enjoyed our stay in spite of the above but would not choose the Lobster Pot again."

The position of the flat is great but unfortunately is very noisy from the hotel opposite which has a very busy Wetherspoons attached. The noise starts very early as there is also a greasy spoon cafe underneath the flat. Beer deliveries and bottles being deposited in the waste bins. Lots of food smells from the cafe.

See above the flat its self is very nice and contains everything you could want - no complaints there.
