Loved that it was by the harbour and close to amenities. Good furnishings, clean and comfortable. Good communication regarding stay from the Host.

That other people staying in the flats left the main door open regularly. That was woken at 6am every morning due to the cafe below serving food and could hear the chatter. Car parking was a bit of a nightmare - the nearest 'W' areas weren't close so if you were elderly or had walking issues, this wouldn't be appropriate.

Nice property in good location nice and clean En-suite and dishwasher out of use However I was compensated satisfactorily

Stairs a bit steep Entrance and stairs looked grubby in need of clean and decoration

Great location although proximity to bars means a certain amount of street noise until late.

Shower cubicle was broken and in pieces. We arrived to find repair man doing his best but unable to repair it. Extractor fans in both bathrooms not working. We were provided with one hand towel for 4 of us. Washing in the machine, bucket and vacuum cleaner in the lounge, toaster dirty, flat generally dusty throughout. Awful smell in communal entrance. No response to any of this from agent.

Location was good. Had nearly everything we needed. Clean Graham the maintenance man was very helpful very informative and very quick to come to our aid.

The shower wasn't working in the en suite. One of our party could not get into the bath to use the other shower. Had a leak in the middle of the night. Which we had to clean up and use all the towels . Mattress uncomfortable in yhe double bedroom.

Great location , everything we needed in the apartment. Good communication from the owners.

Parking , I know this is not the properties fault from the location , but difficult with a 3 year old.

Place was perfect

Head office is a disgrace, was told insurance cover was £25, then when I gave details over phone they took £30 , robbing crooks. Fraud and theft.
