Heating didn’t work. Staff we’re impossible to get ahold of

Nothing, place was an absolute shambles

Firstly, a £100 deposit was taken via transfer that was never mentioned and told it would take 72 hours to be returned When we first entered the room we instantly realised issues: Rubbish in the kitchen Dirty cups on the sink Bed was un-made Pillow was behind the headboard Dirty towels left on the bathroom floor No clean towels Shower head unscrewed No hot water No toilet roll Faeces in the toilet bowl I then returned to reception to report this in which I was told there were no alternative rooms and that the attendant had cleaners available who she would send up to the room once we left for our dinner appointment at approx 6:45 but would send towels up immediately so we could wash before we left. The towels still didn’t appear after 45 minutes and I had to chase them again and wait a further 5 minutes until they arrived. Once the towels were delivered the lady told us if we dropped our key into reception on our way out, the cleaners would deal with the remaining issues. The female attendant was asked three times to come and look at the room but refused. We arrived at reception at 6:45 to a new attendant who informed us housekeeping were no longer on site and nothing could be done although he would try to have the bedding changed himself before our return later in the evening. When we returned at 10pm nothing had been done and were informed he would give us the bedding to change ourselves which is absolutely not a serviced apartment experience we were offered!
