It was a great location for going to sse arena and I have stayed there a couple of years ago and found it brilliant

We arrived at the property at 3pm. When we arrived we were told that our room had been cancelled and that I had been sent a message on WhatsApp. My Internet wasn't working on my phone which hadn't delivered to us. We asked why we didn't get a phone call and they said we might have thought it was a scam. When I got Internet working on phone again, the message had only been sent to us at 1.15pm. This is not ample time to find another place to stay. They said room was unavailable as buildings was under construction. The construction didn't just start that day. More notice should have been given to us. We didn't know what we were going to do so the man said he had a room but it wasn't up to standard. We said that we would take it as we were going to ge late for concert. In the bedroom, there was no duvet. In the bathroom ' Towels were there from previous people who had stayed. . In the kitchen, there was food in fridge from people who had stayed previously. There was a black bin bag of rubbish in kitchen, which nobody had dumped. We left it out in hallway and it was there when we left. All the rooms were filthy with dust. There is no code on the main door and it is left open all night with nobody on the main desk. Anyone can walk in and go to the lift and be at your apartment door. It didn't feel safe at all. We will not be staying here again.

I booked this aparment a week before and they didn't get in contact with me until 11am on the morning wee were arriving this was a stay for a very sick person who is dying and her last mothers day so as wee were travelling from derry this left us really stressed really disheartened and alot of mixed emotions were will wee stay everywhere was so expensive because wee were booking for the day but because it was a special night wee made it work and stayed with Ramada

Location was good.

Kettle was broken..requested one 3 times..we never got one and had to boil water in saucepan. TV was broken.. Toilet very hard to flush. No clothes for cleaning . No bath mat.

Was handy to town.

Place is very run down . We have stayed here on several occasions. Usually kept well Tv wasn't working. Chairs ripped Approached staff about tv but nothing could be done reguarding it .

The tower is in a good location it’s a shame about everything else

Incompetent staff, very slow, very little information back when asked questions. Put us in the wrong room to begin with which was filthy, new room was better but had broken showers in the en suite and main bathroom. Paid a holding deposit via bank transfer which I thought was extremely sketchy since they were able to take the hotel payment by card and had to raise a complaint via booking to get it back. It’s a good job I made sure I took photos of the signs at the desk for proof because I’m not sure if I ever would have got my deposit back

Nothing worked and we had hardly any of the facilities/amenities that’s listed as included in the apartment

The hotel was absolutely disgusting, the dirt , the smell and the staff when you could get some were appalling .

Perfect place to stay because it is in the centre to everywhere. The glass windows huge and gives a spectacular river and city view. The receptionist was a gentleman including management. Very helpful. I will surely return
