Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que además del precio del apartamento tebiamos que hacer u a transferencia de 178 euros y que nos lo devolverían en unos 3 días. Ha pasado una semana y no lo han devuelto y es imposible contactar con ellos. No responden ni a correos ni a mensajes media te booking.

Walking distance to both inner city and Titanic museum . Staff friendly and have their best given circumstances

Extra bed was broken, room smelled of smoke, unclean. Maybe it was Easter but very pricey given what we got.

Dit appartement verdient geen vier sterren. Dit verdient een sirene bij de voordeur, een rood knipperlicht en een bordje: “Hier eindigt je hoop.” Serieus, het begint al bij binnenkomst. Je stapt naar binnen en denkt: is dit een appartement of de nasleep van een ramp? Eén gordijn was al volledig verdwenen. Niet half kapot, niet loshangend — gewoon weg! Het andere gordijn hing er nog bij als een laatste overlevende die elk moment kan opgeven. De toiletrolhouder? Die viel er meteen af, alsof hij dacht: “Tot hier en niet verder.” Eerlijk, dat ding had meer zelfrespect dan de rest van het appartement. En dan de eigenaar, die nog zegt dat we niets stuk moeten maken… Wat dan precies?! Er valt hier letterlijk niets meer stuk te maken. Alles wat stuk kón, ís al stuk. Je kunt hier nog geen plastic lepeltje beschadigen zonder dat het een verbetering is. De vaatwasser had barsten. Gewoon scheuren erin. Alsof dat apparaat zelf ook geprobeerd heeft te ontsnappen. De kussens waren zo vies dat je serieus twijfelt of ze ooit gewassen zijn. Je ligt erop en vraagt je af of je gaat slapen of een nieuwe levensvorm ontdekt. De verwarming was niet alleen kapot, maar ook vies. Echt knap hoe je twee problemen in één apparaat weet te combineren. Dus daar zit je dan: €70 per nacht betalen om te bibberen in een koude, smerige ruimte. En die geur… het hele appartement rook alsof iemand een Indiase kruidenwinkel heeft leeggegooid en daarna nooit meer heeft gelucht. Je neus probeert gewoon ontslag te nemen. En dan het hoogtepunt: vier sterren. VIER. STERREN. Hoe dan?! Wie heeft dit beoordeeld? Iemand zonder ogen, zonder neus en zonder standaarden? Dit is geen accommodatie. Dit is een experiment: hoe lang houden mensen het vol voordat ze gillend vertrekken? Booking.com, doe hier alsjeblieft iets aan. Want dit is geen slechte ervaring meer — dit is gewoon misleiding.

Location , close to Titanic experience and city centre.

Apt looking fine at first but closer expection, place had tired look, ripped furniture, scuffed skirting boards. On last day we noticed mattress had blood stain in centre. If we had noticed this first day we would have asked for another apartment. Needs lick of paint and obviously new mattress

The guy on the desk did his best within his limitations. He was very pleasant. Being close to SSE was the main benefit.

Had to do a bank transfer at the desk for the deposit and write dosn my bank details for payment to be returned. Email did not explain this. The kettle and tv didn't work. Kitchen sink dirty, dishes in dishwasher, mismatched crockery and cutlery. Chairs ripped and worn. Less than desirable duvet was too small for the bed and inside a large cover. Freezer had a mush of ice pops in it. No cloths or wipes for cleaning. Broken lampshade in bedroom. Dirty cups. No security at night, door open from the street and lift open to all!!!!

Have to wait for 10 minutes for someone to appear at the desk.

The reception desk is empty most of the time.

I had to pay a €115 deposit upon arrival, which I still haven't received back in full. The apartment was dirty; the beds had stains on them, and there was dust and dirt everywhere. I don't think the windows had ever been washed and the hot water was useless too. I will never come back here.
