When booking for 4 people or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property has a strict nonparty policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted. Guests must be aged 18 or over, or accompanied by a parent/guardian. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25.00 GBP per pet, per stay applies. Car parking is charged at GBP 20 per day. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests. Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee. No arrivals are accepted prior to 15:00. If you expect to arrive after 20.00, please inform the property in advance. Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests found to be violating this rule will be asked to leave and the security deposit will not be returned.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
