The apartment had not been cleaned before arrival, it was filthy, as well the entrance way was full of rubbish. Despite multiple attempts to resolve with the host they have been non-responsive. I would not recommend booking for yourself or in my case a corporate client.

Cancelled our booking the day of arrival, with no correspondence.

booking.com handled their failure verry well and found us replacement accomodation.

They cancelled our booking two days before we arrived. They are running some scam - do not book here. They do not tell booking.com - just send a private whatsapp telling us. They gave some excuse about building maintenance, but we googled them and found many other travellers treated in the same way.

There was a nice lady at the desk when we arrived but she told us we needed to go away for half hour until the room was ready. Bed “sheets” were clean. Location was good.

1. we returned the guy there was rude and didn’t speak to us just said “name” and chucked me keys. I asked for the floor number and he said 5 to me like I was stupid. He did not give us the WiFi password we had to come and ask for it later. 2. The key said 502 but was in fact floor 5 room 2 - unclear posting. 3. The place was disgusting the apartment had not been cleaned in a long time! I actually feel like I need compensation as it was vile. Furry Mold all over the bathroom floor that you could wipe off - believe me! Crumbs all over the kitchen counters, sticky spill stains all over the floors, thick dust all over the headboard of the Ben and splats of drinks all up the walls. It also stank of cigarettes and was just an absolute mess! I couldn’t complain when we left because there was no one on the desk until later! I have pictures of the filth if you need it. It was such a shame as the apartment would have been great if it was clean as the location was good.

Close to town

The broken lights, the broken cooker, the glasses that had been drunk from and left out, the blood up the wall, the non working lights, the ripped chair, the uncovered carpets, the manager’s attitude and lies, still waiting on a refund and my deposit back!

it was a bit noisy some nights with people going into others rooms doors slamming would be good to have a little sheet telling you that rubbish goes down to level -2 Only found that out second hand
