When booking for 4 people or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property has a strict nonparty policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted. Guests must be aged 18 or over, or accompanied by a parent/guardian. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25.00 GBP per pet, per stay applies. Car parking is charged at GBP 20 per day. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests. Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee. No arrivals are accepted prior to 15:00. If you expect to arrive after 20.00, please inform the property in advance. Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests found to be violating this rule will be asked to leave and the security deposit will not be returned.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Amazing area, extremely walkable to all places especially the SSE arena and town

Some of the staff were incredible but one lady ruined the whole experience for me.

"Fantastic location and comfortable bed"

Receptionist on hand and explained everything.

Having to arrange either a bank deposit or cash to the value of £100 for a damages deposit - told it would be returned within 72hours. ......🤞🏼 Sinks very poor drainage.

The location and the apartment itself

There was no receptionist on arrival. They didnt answer the phone and we had to walk around Belfast for 3 hours with our baggage.

"Didn't match the images, felt unclean"

Reception staff and collecting of keys Bed was comfy enough to sleep in Kitchen facilities looked okay but we didn't use Location close enough walk (10mins) to main bars (Harp bar etc. area) Deposit was refunded quickly Cleanliness of the bathroom

The property was a lot dirtier than expected, many dirty smudge marks on all the walls, broken blinds, broken bedside lamps, broken picture frames. You need to pre-heat the shower water with a switch in the cupboard if you want a hot shower, a bit confusing and hot water didnt last long - many quick cold showers! Felt we couldn't get ready properly for the day. TV remote missing and TV wouldn't turn on with buttons on the actual tele, so maybe it just didnt work? We felt the apartment could be solved with a quick new lick of paint and attention to detail with ornaments to make it feel homely. We just felt unclean staying in this place and was disappointed it didn't match the images, was happy to check out for this one.
