The property was ok, it certainly wasn’t 5 star, the location wasn’t city centre, it was a 10min walk.

The carpets were stained everywhere, it needed a good deep clean.

"Horrific experience"

Nothing, They left us stranded four hours before arrival !

They cancelled 4 hrs before arrival, with no help, they didn’t care that they were leaving us with no accommodation with 4 hrs notice while knowing we were travelling from Galway. We haven’t heard about our refund, our our deposit back.

Location was good. Comfortable and clean.

Basic welcome pack. Small snacks and (Fresh Milk) Enough for two days worth. The main bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable, too hard. Unable to sleep on. The noise coming from the utility room above the washing machine that seemed like an air conditioning unit or ventilation, was constant noise, unable to sleep through.
