The Cottage

We loved that it was well equipped, owner was lovely. The bed was super comfortable as was sofa bed and very crisp clean bedding lovely nights sleep with windows open waking up to birdsong really lovely experience.

Nothing really maybe more comfortable armchair would be perfect but just a niggle because you’re asking.

Absolutely fantastic little cottage in such a great location. Great hosts and communication was excellent when I wanted to add on an extra night.

The cottage is well designed, making good use of space, and has a pretty garden. It's clean and well maintained. Tucked away behind the rest of the house, it's close to the main road and yet very peaceful.

Cosy cottage with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Close to Lindisfarne, Bamburgh Castle and the village of Seahouses where you can take a boat out to the Farne Islands to see sea lions, puffins and a huge assortment of sea birds. The owners are lovely! The lounge was a little uncomfortable, and the bed was a little narrower than expected. We initially had some issues with our GPS but if you set the address for The Neuk, it's much easier to locate the entrance to the cottage 😉 I'd recommend reversing into the driveway as the lane at the back is a little narrow to navigate when reversing out 😉
