"Exceptional"

Lovely cosy cottage tucked away in a peaceful and pretty area. Everything you need for a self catering break away.

Would be hard pressed to find fault with this lovely apartment. Lots of thought gone into making this comfortable.

"Good location for exploring North Northumberland and a very pleasant cottage for two people."

The cottage is in the centre of Belford, which has two pubs and a hotel so plenty of eating opportunities. Also a well equipped kitchen and a supermarket in the village if you want to cook a meal.

Everything was lovely.

Beautiful location. Cottage situated in a quiet area. Good access to a supermarket. Good road access to and from the A1. The Cottage is ideal for a couple. Our host, Emma, welcomed us and was knowledgeable about the local area - she was easily contactable if needed. The Cottage was very clean and tidy.

A couple of water glasses would be useful (there were plenty of large pint size beer glasses).

"Very comfortable, relaxing."

The parking was extremely useful and convenient. The cottage was very comfortable. There was a co op within 5 mins walk and a local shop.

Local nearby hotel had no dinner availability as they had run out of stock! No fault of the cottage though.

"Belford Cottage perfect getaway."

Everything we needed for a cosy stay . Even Netflix. The property is close ( 6 miles approximately) to Bamburgh castle and beach. Tranquil location. Bed very comfortable. Garden door step private parking. Good quality cooking pans pots utensils . En-suite bathroom with quality shower and plenty of hot water. All in all a fantastic retreat for us. Lindisfarne ( holy Island) 15 miles away I think . From there we drove to Berwick on Tweed a fantastic day out and back to the cottage. Would highly recommend.

Good location to visit areas in Northumberland , the cottage had everything we needed for 2 people and was nice and clean & compact .

The cottage was an ideal location to see local tourist spots it was cleAn very comfortable the nicest cottage we’ve ever stayed in. A good pub within walking distance also a well stocked coop within walking distance.
