The location is wonderful! Just a block or two from the central square, and the statue of Neptune. The view from the apartment is amazing also.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I could have used a few more utensils and pans in the kitchen, but that's because I like to cook! You do walk a lot of stairs, but it's very worth it.

Exquisitely stylish with some authentic flavor due to high wooden ceilings, stone walls and views over the rooftops of Bologna. Really clean - no questions.

Non convenient sofa bed. Couldn’t open the window in the bedroom or turn on air-conditioning, while heating was excessive with no possibility to switch off which badly affected the sleep quality. Check out by 10 am could be a problem.

"Fantastic apartment in the heart of the city but loud at night"

The property is in a top location, right in the heart of the city, only a minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. Really fantastic choice to fully experience what Bologna has to offer. The flat has been nicely renovated and the upstairs with the kitchen and living room is truly a piece of art, so congrats to whoever was behind the renovation as it is really stunning and makes you feel really part of Bologna with the towers surrounding and the beuatiful natural light coming through the many windows.

Unfortunately, right beneath our bedroom there's the bins collection in Via Altabella. The collection happens at multiple times during the night (one night we counted it and it was in 3 seperate occasions, one at 2 am, then 5am and one around 6.30ish). The noise, especially from the metal and glass, is really disrupting and lasts for few minutes.This has had an impact on our sleep as we would suddenly wake up in the middle of night. Not sure if there's any solution to this, but it's a real shame and the only flaw to a very pleasant stay otherwise
