Beautiful, historic property located in the heart of Bologna.

Der Ausblick über den Dächern von Bologna ist der Hammer! Auch die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen, man befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung hat soweit alles was man braucht, wobei wir den oberen Teil kaum genutzt haben. Die Wohnung war geräumig und urig eingerichtet. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden.

Das Bett war ziemlich unbequem. Es war etwas hellhörig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock und der Aufzug war nicht nutzbar ( was aber nicht schlimm war)

L’emplacement est excellent. La vue est sublime de tous les côtés. On s’y sent comme chez soi. En général bien équipé et confortable.

Difficulté à entrer avec la poignée avec code lors de l’arrivée. Une clé physique aurait été apprécié. Un grille-pain nous airait été utile au déjeuner.

Super stek. Enorm centraal gelegen. Prima bed, en badkamer. Het uitzicht in de woonkamer/ keuken is waanzinnig

- the owner - no elevator - lots of stairs - expensive The owner was not friendly and not very customer oriented. There were no other guests before us, the room was clean and he would not let us check in early. It was an automated check in, so it is not like he had to come at the location himself to let us in. He could activate a link for us to get in, and he would not do it. The cleaning ladies were on the other hand very very friendly and let us in. I hope they didn't get into trouble for letting us in early. The owner asked us to communicate with him via whatsapp for any questions. I sent him whatsapps, he didn't respond. Then I called him, and when I called him he cut me off asking me to send a whatsapp. I told him that I had done that and I was still waiting for his response and that is why I called. It was an expensive place, but despite the high price and the rude owner, be mindful there is no elevator and there are a lot of stairs. If you have luggage and are not fit, I would not recommend it. Also, the apartment itself, the bedroom and bathroom are on the same level, and you need to climb quite some stairs to get to the living room and kitchen where the view is nice.

Appartamento bellissimo e di ampie dimensioni su due livelli in centro a Bologna . Ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche più lungo di un weekend . Posizionato in una via molto comoda , ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla di sera .10 minuti a piedi dal posteggio di piazza VIII Agosto . La proprietà ha risposto a tutti i nostri messaggi in pochissimi istanti , inoltre ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni relative ai posteggi ed ai servizi in zona . Facilissimo self-check in ( a qualsiasi ora anche di notte ) senza bisogno delle chiavi ( serve internet sul cellulare) .Peccato essersi fermati solamente una notte .
