The apartment is very attractive and esthetic. It is well decorated and comfortable, with an incredible view. It is ideally located in the historic center, close to transport, stores, restaurants and tourist attractions.

"Great apartment with astonishing view right in the center of Bologna"

The apartment is very good value for money. The location is great, although you have a 10 min. walk from the nearest parking open 24/7. The view is amazing and the layout is impressive.

The apartment is located on the third floor. We knew this from the beginning, but there is no elevator. It's quite an effort to reach the upper floor as the ceilings are very high and so you have to climb stairs for at least 5 floors. Being located right under the roof makes the apartment quite noisy, as there is almost no noise insulation. You can easily hear all the noise in the street, especially during the night when the cleaning teams are working in the streets and collecting the garbage. Also the sofa in the dining room is no real sleeping option because it's very small, hard and uncomfortable.

Beautiful apartment. Nice 360 view

Too many steps to reach the property. Cheap unconfortable couch. Another narrow stair to reach apt common area. Beautiful but kind of taxing on the confort side

Nice apartment with great 360 degree views from the upper living room / kitchen area. Comfortable bed, and great water pressure in the shower. Close to everything we wanted to see and do - just minutes from Piazza Maggiore

Unless I missed it - there wasn't any drying rack for laundry, though I didn't even contact the host to ask. Wasn't that big a deal. Yeah yeah, you're on the top floor. There's stairs. The ad says this ahead of time. You should know.

The apartment was in a great location close to everything we needed to have access to. Instructions on how to use everything were clear and when we had a question, they were quick to respond! The apartment was beautifully decorated! It felt so warm and inviting. The ginormous windows were an incredible touch, to be able to open them, listen the city noises while watching the full moon shine in between the towers and tops of Bologna. An astonishing view to say the least!

A map to where to drop off the trash would be great! Other than that, all was great!
