"Decent location, dirty room"

The location was centrally located to a lot of activities that I wanted to do.

A lot of things were either dirty or did not work. For one, there were a lot of random “lumps” in the floor, which could be a trip hazard. The lights in the kitchen and hallway did not work. There were no bulbs in some lamps, the shower curtain was DIRTY, the couch was dirty, there was a pest issue in most of the apartments (including ours), however pest control did come by to spray. Also, the bathroom and bedroom doors did not close properly because of the lumpy floor. Also the tv’s did not work properly either.

The location wasn’t the greatest as the people who were outside of the property, but the inside was nice.
