The location of the property was great. It was a few blocks from most of the tourist attractions but still a good spot to go north into midtown or east to the MLK Memorial exhibits. The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware. The TV in the bedroom worked fine and the bathroom was clean. Reception was also very helpful with relaying instructions. There is luggage storage at the Pakmail attached to the condo but they are closed on Sunday so be aware!

The main TV in the living room didn’t work which was a bummer. There are a few loose/out of place floorboards but it didn’t bother us too much. There were flat sheets for us to use but no comforter/thicker blanket which wasn’t the most ideal.

Location was excellent

Extra sofa beds were not real beds. All the support was gone and our legs would fall in the middle because of the condition they were in. We paid an extra $345 for the extra guests and the host did not provide even pillows or covers so we could sleep comfortably, so it was a miserable stay for those of us who could not sleep on the real bed. If you are booking for up to two people, go for it, it is value for money. But do not be fooled that this place can sleep 4, it cannot. Management was not reachable when we tried to ask for extra pillows and blankets, or complain about the state of the "sofa beds", because the people at the concierge are not the ones who manage the company, and the phone number that was given to us was either unreachable or they would pick up and give phony answers. When asked for a refund for the extra charge for extra guests since there was no preparation that went into the room for 4 (instead of 2 guests) the property owners dismissed our claims.
