Numerous things. Have emailed the property to request a partial refund. No working TV due to no working remote and cord won’t reach power point-tv fixed in place. No washing machine or dryer. Several lights not working, floor mats which I tripped on, only one double bed side light, paint and plaster crumbling in some places, windows that don’t close properly or that close with difficulty, minimal bathroom products ie. 1 hand sanitizer. Power points that don’t work and at least one that looks dangerous as it’s come away from the wall. Staff in peachtree towers were helpful but I don’t think helping tourists staying in 14j was part of their job.

Location to our event, restaurants was good. Concierge staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. Early check-in was a bonus.

The property is located in a very populated area for the homeless community. Constantly being confronted when entering and leaving the building. Very noisy, but somewhat expected in downtown Atlanta. The room had no air conditioning and could not open the windows for relief, dated and need of updates.

The location is perfect. We walked downtown to eat and to the park to sit. The home was very lovely and easy to access. Everything we need was provided and parking was easy with the pass.

The bed was a bit to soft for our liking, but that doesn't mean someone else wouldn't like.

The provided key code was wrong so I had to call the host and ask for the right one.

Great Great value. Good for friends or small families. In the heart of the hotel district. 25 min walk to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Electrical outlets hanging out wall or didnt work. window would not close. Flooring is wavy.

Excellent lobby.

'do not open' door by bed. Must Press down floorboards to close bedroom door.

Kitchen light didn't work, AC was weak
