I liked that I’ll never speak to the “property owner” again.

First of all, the “owner”, conveniently speaks Chinese and isn’t in the area, depending on a property manager to handle her issues, blatantly lied and said that this property had a sofa bed—which it, in fact, did not.

TVs didn't work for the first half of my stay. Unacceptable. No on-site property manager to deal with issues with the apartment. I will never do this again. TVs finally fixed for the last two nights out of a four-night stay.

Convenient to what I needed to do for work while in Atlanta. Super friendly staff at front desk.

Definitely dodgy area once the sun goes down. Couldn’t get the tv to work and a couple of the lights also didn’t work.

Sometime ago someone certainly broke into the room - there are marks on the door. And it makes the guests feel like it is dangerous to stay there. But I guess, it is safe. Nothing bad happened when I was there. The building is a bit outdated

The sheets were dirty there were socks in the bed when I unmade it. When I asked the host if they changed the sheets they said yes.

The ac didn’t work. The room was dirty and had empty bath products from the guest before.

The location is fantastic, offering convenient access to various amenities within walking distance. While I wouldn't categorize it as unsafe, as we arrived at midnight and walked from the subway to the apartment without any issues, we did notice some individuals who appeared suspicious during the day. However, this didn't hinder our ability to navigate the area safely.

The only inconvenience we encountered was with the blanket provided on the bed, as it wasn't sufficient to keep us warm during the colder nights. However, it's worth mentioning that we didn't even think to utilize the heater in the apartment. Admittedly, coming from Miami, we're not accustomed to needing one and completely overlooked its presence.

Absolutely nothing!!! No parking nasty, weed smell so strong, horrible

Furniture was broken and nasty the smell of weed was horribly strong no parking, homeless all at the front door screaming and hollering. Nothing good to say at all!!!

The location is pretty good. As tourists, we could basically just walk everywhere we want to go.

The Peachtree Ave doesn't feel that safe when walking there alone. A lot of homeless people, some of them would ask for money.
