Close to the subway station and to the centennial olympic park area. Practical to walk in this touristic zone. Good size apartment. Keyless access. Friendly staff. Easy to check in.

The whole building and the apartment smells like marijuana. Strong smell. Just in front of the building there is a lot of people dealing and taking drugs. The TV on the living room doesn’t work. The lights on the kitchen doesn’t works properly.

Great value for money. Location is good for exploring downtown and using the Marta. Perfect for a solo traveller.

The condo was very clean and cozy. Great location for my event.

Nothing

The flat was large, the bed confortable and above all the location was perfect to visit Atlanta since it was close to two Marta stations : civic Center and peach tree station. Easy to get to Airport, botanic garden, art Museum by Marta and we could walk to world of Coca Cola and the Centennial Olympic park both very close.

Just a few problems with the lights in the bedroom. Noises from neighbours as it was summer breaks.

The location is perfect. The price made the trip possible. The facilities were clean and well done. I did appreciate the concierge team. They were truly friendly and enjoyable.

I am not a fan of the marijuana smoke smell but I realize I was not at the Hyatt. The bed was excessively hard. My wife slept on the couch for the week. Not ideal for us. Being accosted by homeless every trip outside left my wife feeling unsafe and not wanting to return to Atlanta.

It was cold it the unit another then that the stay was great.

Spacious apartment, tastefully decorated, in a relatively accessible place.

A bit too much rust in the bathroom and air conditioning too much though. I think this is an air bnb, but I'm not sure why this isn't spelled out. There were a few grubby stains on the microwave machine. Although accessible, downtown is a bit of a shady area, and there were people hanging out outside with seemingly very little to do, but the security was good.
