"Comfy spot near downtown"

Location is great - very close to downtown. Apartment was comfortable with a full kitchen.

Could use a bit of touch up paint on the walls. Due to location, you can hear some of the street noise at night.

at home feeling, the location was good I could walk to restaurants and train transportation and the desk clerk Ms.Thelma was awesome 👏👏👏👏plus it was a secured atmosphere with security and visible staff

"Secure and convenient location for downtown attractions with a few minor drawbacks."

The full kitchen was perfect, lots of space in the apartment. Nice views of the city. Garage parking a half block away on Baker St. Great location in downtown. Building was very secure.

The TV in the living room used an antenna for collecting TV stations so options were limited. Bedroom had full cable TV access. Bed was very, very firm - not comfortable for our preference. Often smelled marijuana coming from nearby rooms, but it did not leave an odor in the room or on our clothes.

"My terrible experience with Booking.com"

The location is fantastic 👌. Almost everything I needed was within a walking distance including the World Congress Centre.

The floor of the house was terrible and i feared it would collapse at every step i made within the unit. Both the couch in the sitting room close to the AC and the one in the room were completely bad. Been nursing a waist pain after I sat in it, not knowing that it was bad. The house was very stuffy and did not smell good at all. Not a single news channel was showing on the TV.

"Good place to explore Atlanta city"

The apartment is very spacious. It has a nice and well equipped kitchen. There are two TV´s. In the living room there are several couches and chairs. It is not very far to the MARTA train station and one can reach many places in ATL downtown by foot.

Some floor boards have bulged up due to moisture. Dishwasher didn´t work.
