Buona posizione, struttura pulita e personale gentilissimo. Roberta ha saputo soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste, sempre con estrema cortesia. Dovessimo ripassare da Bologna, sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione!

Close to centre. In walking distance of the majority of points of interest. Fast internet. Free private parking in garage. Very kind and helpful hosts.

Not much to dislike. Can be a bit loud in the morning due to local radio station in vicinity.

Le self checkin est très simple L’appartement est propre et confortable Le parking est appréciable car ztl proximité de la gare - top pour se rendre à Modene (8€ aller/retour par personne avec Trainline)

Un peu loin du centre à pied (>15minutes de marche) et présence de sans domicile fixe sous les arcades en direction de la gare.

Der Selfcheckin klappte super, auch die Kommunikation mit Roberta und Mario, sie gaben uns auch viele Tipps für Bologna. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und gemütlich, zu viert hatten wir genügend Platz. Die Lage ist ok, wir waren nur zu Fuß unterwegs, man ist in weniger als 10 Min in der Stadt.. Super war auch der Parkplatz in der Garage. Ich kann Happy Home auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die Umgebung ist nicht die achönste, aber das hat uns gar nicht gestört
