Came with a family of 5 and were very comfortable. it was very close to the ZTL Zone. Host was very welcoming and gave lots of tips on restaurants etc.

A modern, beautiful, and spacious apartment in the city center. Free parking, fast Wi-Fi, and a great host who is always there to share useful information. The easiest check-in ever. We truly enjoyed our stay as if we were at home. We will definitely come back.

Location, well equipped flat, easy to get, parking space.

Only as I didn't like soft mattress - main bedroom mattress way to soft but otherwise perfect place.

I had a little problem registering online (probably because I was jetlagged), but the hosts helped me out right away and were very kind.

It was a little difficult to go to the apartment first before accessing the garage but, I understand why this is necessary.

Cozy, clean, well maintained and equipped apartment. Very good location - walking distance to the train station, bus station and city center. Communication with the hosts was very easy, they are very friendly and helpful. Online check-in went smooth. We are family of 6 and the space was enough for us. The beds are comfy.

It would have been nice to have napkins, but it's not so big deal.

Everything was perfect. Good communication, anytime check in, indoor parking across the road, clean well maintained and equipped apartment, walking distance to centre, excellent working air conditioning. We were a family of 5 and self checked in after midnight with no problems. We would stay again when we are in the area.

The apartment is perfect if you travel by bus, because it's almost in front of the main bus station of Bologna. Airco is great and TV has a lot of channels including children channels. Size of bedroom is great and very cosy decorations, ideal for modern travelers. My mother liked all the decorations inside, like the pictures, frames etc. It also features the famous transparent Italian chairs. They kindly allowed dropping the suitcases at 13:00 because check in is at 15:00. I had some questions which were quickly answered.

It seemed a bit odd to us to have to wash dishes during our holiday because there's no dishwasher and you're supposed to clean your dishes. There's also no washing machine for clothes. You're supposed to take your garbage to the street bins, but we had to sort everything because there's no green card which opens the unsorted garbage container. I suppose this is sort of the Italian way of holiday rental because in all our stays in other European countries we didn't have to wash dishes by hand and take the garbage outside. The person who cleans what is left to clean arrived before the check out time 10:00 , it was a bit uncomfortable because she basically really stepped in at 10:00:00 when we were just making pictures of the place and our bags were already downstairs.
