"Great location, modern facilities"

Great location, walking distance to the train station and city center. The apartment is very nicely decorated, with modern furniture and facilities. The online check-in process went smooth. Communication with the host was flawless. We were 6 people and slept quite comfortably in the 3 double beds. There is quality AC in each room.

A Nespresso machine or something similar would have been nice.

"Nice and comfortable appartment near the city center"

A nice appartment at a great location, 20 min walk from Bologna city center. Private parking available in a garage (although some manovering needed). The apartment was accessed via an online code, and everything went smooth. The appartment is well equipped, the furniture and the kitchen is quite new, and relatively clean.

Besides the bedroom, we used one sofa in the living room as a sofa bed. Unfortunately, there were large chunks of dust coming from beneath the sofa bed... for a generally very clean appartment, this part of furniture would need a better cleaning, especially since it can be used for sleeping.
