Great stay and excellent value for money! Room smells line new and in very central location.

Great quiet clean safe room. No view but perfect to sleep in and good value for money.

What a fantastic place. Such good value for money. Brilliant location of you’re looking to stay in the town. We spent a few days directly on the lake before staying here. This was place was way cheaper and we preferred it to our hotel by some distance. Comfy, cosy, clean, safe, air conditioned and also had Netflix which was a nice treat after long days in the sun. So many great restaurants and cafes nearby. Wish we stayed here for the entirety of our time in Bacalar. If you’re on a budget you won’t regret staying here!

Ricardo was there waiting for us. He seems a very nice family man and his english was much better than my Spanish. The room was perfect. The linen was excellent quality, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The place was spotlessly clean. The shower worked well and the toiletries were excellent. My daughter and I both loved this place and would definitely recommend it and we would come back here if we were to come back to Bacalar. It's so close to the square it really is a perfect little gem of a place. The kayak hire is also one of the cheapest rates around.

This is a booking.com problem. Usually when making a booking it says that the tax is to be paid in addition and upon arrival. It did not state this on my reservation So I had assumed the price included it too as booking.com gave me a final, total payment amount but it did not include the taxes which I know are normal.

Nice to have a fridge

Great location in central Bacalar, Ricardo was really helpful providing information of what to do in Bacalar and he booked us on to a sunrise paddle board experience which was brilliant. He even very kindly picked us up and dropped us off to the paddle boarding at 5.30 am! Would 100% recommend this place to stay in Bacalar

Excellent location just a short walk to town Center and the amazing lagoon. Ricardo was an excellent communicator from the moment I booked the place till we arrived and left. The room was very clean, modern and quiet at most of times. There is a small balcony where we could dry our clothes. The price is a fair price for this accommodation I would highly recommend anyone to stay here !

As shown in the pictures, perfect location and quiet on a night. Clean and comfy beds. Hot shower. Great communication with trip information.
