good location close to main square. clean & comfortable. good Wi-Fi and air conditioning

low water pressure in shower. confusion around payment as booking.com showed money would be taken in advance, to be fair to the manager he was understanding and allowed us to pay later once we could check our bank statement. outdoor seating/table would be good.

The owner of the property was very helpful and provided me with any help that was needed through phone message communication, and the location was excellent. Very close to the town center, comfy bed, great shower

An extra towel would be great

The room was the nicest we've stayed in for 2 months. The main thing was Ricardo being an absolute legend. He stayed until 10pm to meet us after we were delayed, then brought us water and a flashlight as the edge of a hurricane was leaving a lot of rain in its wake. Best host ever!

Nothing. Hated leaving the comfy beds

The hotel only has 2 rooms and is very new. Very good location close to the center and many restaurants. Ricardo the host was very helpful as we had a small problem with our rental car and he put in a lot of efforts to help us find the best solution. We spent 2 full days in Bacalar and wished to spend even another day there.
