Franciscus Apartments

It’s location was close to all restaurants and stores. The rooms were spacious.

We had to walk up one flight to get to the elevator. When trying to call the contact several times, there was never a return call. We had to walk to the different location to get a key for the room to where the washmachine was. There is no microwave as listed, and there were no instructions whatsoever as to trash, etc.

Getting around bolzano by car was a little difficult because of one way streets and lack of parking but that made the place all the better once we were there.

Strange design of living room, no rugs, wasn’t cozy. Power went out.

Location good

The apartment was 4 levels up and the elevator was not working, the stairs were steep and narrow. If we had Known this we would not have booked it, but no one told us until Check-in

Apartment was very clean and comfortable.

We had Apt 2 which is located on the 4th floor, stairs are steep and the elevator was broken. No problem for us but could be for others.
