Franciscus Apartments

Extremely convenient location. Very big and nice apartment. As a bonus, we got a South Tirol pass which gave free entrance to the museum and rides on public transport.

Could be a washing machine. We received the iron promised in the advertisement within a few hours of asking.

A lovely apartment in the old town and a 10 min walk to the train station. Staff at checkin were super friendly and informative . Bed was comfy, great air conditioning and beautifully big, bright and airy

To be honest the stairs- there is no working lift, 4 flights up with luggage is a struggle. 56 stairs to go up and down several times a day is draining. Not ideal for everyone

Beautiful apartment in wonderful location! Super easy to pick up and drop off keys. And the young man in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. ApRtment is 15 minute walk from train station and right in the middle of the lovely old town surrounded by shops and restaurants. Short walk to everything. Very large and stylish apartment

We loved the location right in the middle of downtown Bozen. Though the checkin location is different than the apartment, it isn't far away but still not the easiest hauling luggage around cobble-stoned Bozen but we were prepared.

It will be nicer when the building elevator is fixed which is not the property manager's fault but the unit is on the 4th floor.

Lovely appartment in the centre of the old town. We could pick up the keys at the office nearby. Everything worked really well. We were given information about the local area.

The communication with the property was terrible. They were not responsive when I needed a later check in, the apartment was so difficult to find and the check out process was awful. The apartment was nice but the customer service was horrible.

The location was excellent, and the host that met us to hand over the keys was exceptionally nice and helpful. The apartment was a short walk to the train station and museum. The entire apartment was very spacious, upscale, and the bathroom was beautiful.

The kitchen was huge, so we decided to cook a meal, but you couldn't use the oven and stovetop at the same time without tripping the breaker. The host quickly helped us reset it, but a small sign in the kitchen would be helpful.
