be careful the owner is very strange. If you a woman and you decide to travel be yourself, the owner will blackmail and threaten the police. with reason or you are business girl or cocaino guy. pls go to the directly to the police. it’s not first time

The location, size, and basics were all great. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.

The elevator was broken so climbing four flights of stairs with luggage was difficult. There were also ants in the bedroom and bathroom. The property was responsive and immediately addressed it, but ants were a regular issue. There was no clear instructions about when the apartment would be cleaned and linens cleaned. There were no instructions about trash or recycling. Cleaning supplies were not available especially problematic for using the kitchen and cooking meals.

Modern, spacious and cosy apartment with all the necessary amenities for a longer stay (fridge, washing machine, dining area, TV) Perfect central location, 5 min walk from train station.

We liked everything.

On fourth floor disappointed lift not working

Very spacious, cozy and bright apartment, literally in the heart of Bolzano. About 10min walk from the train station. I would definitely come back.

Just couple of things that could be improved. We were 3 people staying for 2 nights and only 2 capsules for coffee were provided. A bin in the bathroom would be convenient. Also the communication before the stay was a bit difficult. Otherwise everything was perfect
