Beach front penthouse apartment

The items in the house were dusty, the smell of mould visited our nostrils regularly especially in the sitting room. The hot water finished rather quickly, the shower in the main suite had mould on the ceiling which is unsettling , the shower in the house only released water from 5 of its holes which is too little. Drawers were dusty inside, fans as well. Which made us afraid of using intimate items like the blender or coffee maker.

Nicely furnished and spacious apartment, with sea views all around.

Just a pitty we battled a lot with the WiFi. Spare room's tv and aircon broken.

The view of the ocean from the house The furniture was nice although aging The paking is safe for the car The pool was nice and clean The smart tv gives one access to a lot of entertainment

The check in time @ 15H00, i arrived while the floors are wet after mopping The cleanliness of the house not so cool , you can stil smell the previous guest scent on duvets The gas braai is not working The Outdoor furniture is rust and dirty The main bathroom wall got black stains on the wall The aircon is not orking on the other bedrooms The wifi is an issue, in and out of internet The kettle is not working and dirty No one cleans for you during your stay

check out 9am completley unreasonable with a late check in 3pm

The apartment is beautiful,couches & beds were really comfortable The view is what dreams are made of..........absolutely stunning 😍 The cleaners were really kind

The host wasn't really welcoming nor helpful One of the security guards intimidated us on our 1st night there ,we were playing music on the TV & he came just after 10pm,rudely telling us we were noisy. We understood the rules & didn't realize the TV was that loud, he could've tried to be more polite. Another security then came again 2 nights afterwards around 8pm when we were having a quiet night indoors to further 'warn' us not to make The fact that the cleaning services come at an additional expense was also an inconvenience. Not ideal to have to clean while on vacation

Clean, modern ,great location and view.

The wifi didn’t work, they were supposed to fix it but the guy didn’t get back to me so that wasn’t great.

It was not clean and dusty The patio table is broken The patio day bed is dirty The owner/ caretaker doesn’t care about guests Hot water is limited.
