The location was perfect, just near the train station and the city center

It was so cool 😎 😍 and was very close to the train station 🚉 😀

Everywhere was so clean 👌 and perfect 🥰

super location: 100 m from Central Station/link to the airport, 5 min. walk to Via Indipendenza, the main street that leads to all the landmarks. no breakfast plan, but Grazia kindly provided tea/coffee and croissants, not to mention the very many (affordable) bars and cafes in the neighbourhood. Grazia is a very prompt communicator who does her best to make sure her guests feel welcome and well-informed.

Once the owner was contacted. The owner was very responsive and coordinated things with the management company.

The management company had not made the property ready after the departure of the previous guests. Gets too hot even with the AC on. Especially the upstairs bedroom gets very hot 🥵 Upstairs bedroom should have a separate AC

electronic access to suit was bit confusing and exiting the apartment after hrs was also confusing.

Very Convenient to Bologna Centrale railway station. 2 restaurants downstairs and other small shops including a gelato shop.

Can be a little noisy with the windows open, but to be expected in a busy area.
