New loft in the heart of Bologna

Locatie was perfect. Alles was in het appartement aanwezig

De bovenverdieping(slaapkamer) was erg laag

Wonderful place to stay, very cosy. Spacious, easy to use, nicely decorated. Quite close to the main sights (a 10-15-minute walk to the Piazza Maggiore), lots of shops, cafés and restaurants around. The communication with the owners was very easy.

Tastefully decorated, really good location, good communication with hosts, had everything we needed to survive for short term :)

air conditioner took very long to cool the apartment down

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, στο κέντρο της πόλης, ήσυχος δρόμος, πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα με αρκετές ανέσεις και παροχές και οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ εξυπηρετικοί

Στο μπάνιο θα μπορούσε να έχει πιο δυνατό φως και το ντους θέλει φτιάξιμο, το ταβάνι στο υπνοδωμάτιο είναι πολύ χαμηλό, δεν μπορείς να σταθείς όρθιος πρέπει να σκύβεις και το air condition δεν είχε καλή απόδοση έπρεπε να δουλεύει πολλές ώρες για να δροσίσει όλο το δωμάτιο

Hangulatos, jó elhelyezkedésű szállás, segítőkész szállásadó. Az általa ajánlott étteremben és fagyizóban sem csalódtunk. Nem minősítés, inkább tudnivaló, tény: 1. Számunkra nem volt zavaró, de nehezebben mozgó embereknek a galériára vivő lépcső gondot jelenthet (meredek, keskeny, és a korlát sem túl masszív). 2. További információ: az alsó ágy egy kihúzható kanapé, a felső szinten lévő pedig tulajdonképpen egy földre tett, keretben fekvő szivacs. Magasabb ágy a galéria alacsony mennyezete miatt nem is férne el.

A légkondicionáló (ami a nyáron szinte folyamatosan kell, hogy menjen), nagyon hangos.

Great location in the Santo Stefano district, in a beautiful historic building. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine.

The mattress on the loft bed is on the thinner side

The loft bed arrangement is a great use of a small space but not fantastic for a medium to tall person as you can't stand fully upright in the bed space.

Superb location, walking distance from everything in the Old Town. The commutation with owner and information shared was amazing.

Would have appreciated supplies for using the washing machine, tea towel, dishwasher cloths, bin liners.
