New loft in the heart of Bologna

Location was good and value for money.Host supplied information on good recommendations.She also replied promptly to questions asked

It would have been nice if sofa bed was made up as there were two of us staying. A little hard getting up the stairs.

The property was clean, quiet and the location was excellent. The facilities were good, the bathroom especially was very nice.

There was very little daylight so staying in the apartment during the day was not very pleasant, which I found too bad. Also the bedroom is upstairs and the steep rickety stairway to get up was not ideal if you have to go to the bathroom during the night.

Fantastic location in a quiet street very close to all attractions. Bus stop on the corner of the street, very good timetable and easy to use. Host was excellent and provided lots of fabulous recommendations and was always very prompt with any questions. Best gelato shop in the next street!!

Steps up to the bed quite steep not a huge issue but might not be good for elderly or people with mobility issues

Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was great. The place is very well located, within walking distance of everything I needed. It was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a functional, clean bathroom. I definitely recommend it and we always felt safe in the building

the location is perfect , the place is very nice, i recommend.

Even though we didn’t use it, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything someone might need for cooking. Making coffee was very easy, the sofa and bed were very comfortable, and the space was warm, with no heating issues. Also, communication with the host was excellent.

The TV was extremely slow to respond, making it practically unusable for anything other than watching local channels. Additionally, there was no trash bin in the bathroom, which might be inconvenient for people who are used to having one.
