The proprietor was very kind and caring. The little garden is a nice haven. Aircon in the hot weather a blessing but we didn't need to keep it on for long during the night as the thick walls held the cool air in for a good while. Also a nice bath, which was a big plus.

Beautiful studio apartment, very comfortable, with small garden. Very friendly & hospitable host, thank you! Very good place even for a longer stay, nice neighborhood, close to the old town (we had a nice walk).

The hot water was missing in the evening (only lukewarm) , but came back in the morning; everything else was great.

El apartamento está genial, es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo indispensable para pasar unos días muy cómodos. La anfitriona es un encanto, nos mando indicaciones de todo. Es un paseo andando hasta el centro de Bolonia, pero en autobus se llega en 10 minutos! Muy cómodo y barrio muy tranquilo. El apartamento tiene un patio muy bonito.

La puerta del patio debe de ser de hierro y el calor de la calefaccion se va.
