Downtown Condo with a View Sleeps 4 5D

very unclean

The place was in the perfect area

The ceiling was hanging in places. It smelled of dust and something else. Price was high to me considering what it looked like in person. The online pictures were missing parts of the ceiling issues.

I didn’t like how the pictures didn’t look like the actual place same set up and furniture but looked a bit older and worn out

The cleanliness, comfort and ambience

Was not upgraded. Had old furnishing. Difficult to walk around on the streets even during the day light

Condo was right across from the Hyatt Regency, convenient for Dragoncon weekend since we were close to everything

The refrigerator took awhile to keep things cold, bathroom and shower were very tiny, and some parts of the unit we stayed in looked like they were under constrution/undergoing renovation

The concierge was very helpful since the host had not left any information with them that I was checking in.

This specific condo was uninhabitable. The AC unit was coated in filth. The ceiling fan in the living room was broken and almost hurtled off the ceiling when I turned it on. The ceiling is falling off in multiple places. There were no hangers and the fridge is duct taped. The host would not help me, I didn’t stay there (I had to find another unit to move to on my own), and booking.com won’t help me get a refund, even though I called them the night I tried to check in. (I had a second unit for my staff with a different host, and it was terrific. That host was able to help me find a last minute condo to move in to.)

The location is excellent. The property does not offer breakfast.

The apartment/condo needs to be upgraded or renovated. Outdated!

Location to event we were attending

Ceiling was peeling and stained. Duct tape on the fridge as decor. Second bed was a folding cot for a 6ft 4 adult and a sofa for my 23 year old that tipped back every time he moved.
