Downtown Condo with a View Sleeps 4 5D

Almost nothing. Location was good.

So much filth in the room. Mold, dank smell throughout.

The size of the apartment was good and the bed and bedding was so comfortable. The kitchen had great new appliances and enough utensils to be able to cook in. The location was very handy to Marta and to the bus network. The host responded quickly to our request.

Whilst comfortable, the throws on the couches were stained and looked grubby and should be replaced. The building is old and paintwork could do with refreshing.

Security of the place

It was outdated, dirty and the shower was too hot.

The property it self is pretty good, the bed is comfy and I like the kitchen and living room area. When we got here there was underwear in the bathroom on the floor and some left over things from the previous people that stayed here but the place was clean. The water in the shower is a bit iffy and gets HOT HOT like so when you turn it on turn the cold water on first and then SLIGHTLY tune the hot on just a bit and let it run for a few seconds.it will become warm. If you want it hotter just turn it a tan bit more but always let it sit for a bit bc it takes a min to turn hot.

The parking is fu***** RIDICULOUS. There is the under ground AAA parking and all of the staff are rude ASF and up charge so much. They double and triple charged us when we already paid and tried to lock us in the garage and threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay even though we did already. There is a different parking next to the building that is outside but it isn’t secure and is only for a couple hours not over night. Maybe people warned us not to park there because that had been break ins and other things going on to people car when left for too long. However We did park there twice for a couple hours as to avoid dealing with AAA parking and it went fine. The piece for the place isn’t bad but the parking ruins it all together especially if your staying for a while because you end up paying so much on parking for each day your here. This place is only good for a quick weekend trip in my opinion. I don’t recommend if your staying more then 3 days
