The location is great, within walking distance of plenty of places to eat and visit, easy to get in and out of. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen is just the right size if you're planning to do some simple cooking during your trip.

Adjusting the shower tempretarue was a bit tricky, and water temp was not sufficient at times. Also the ceiling fan in the living room was a bit run down and missing one blade, but still worked fine.

The location was great. Very central and was able to walk, which was my overall goal. The place was very accessible and easy to come and go. I enjoyed the balcony and the view of Atlanta at night. Overall I would stay again just due to location and pricing.

The place could be a little cleaner. I had to kill a roach immediately on entry. The host could also provide more details around parking and recommendations when people are coming from out of town and do not know the area well. The overall place could just be a little cleaner. There was loose hair from possibly a past tenant all over the bathroom. It appeared any cleaning that was done was half done and the floor was sticky in the living room. The water in the shower was either freezing cold or scalding the skin, I could not get a happy medium.
